At Punjkart, customer satisfaction is important to us. Our Refund & Return Policy is designed to provide a smooth and transparent online shopping experience.

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund, replacement, or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals intact.
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, invoice, or order confirmation.

Please do not send your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Digital or downloadable products
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Opened collectible products
  • Used toys or products showing signs of wear
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Certain health and personal care items

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Products returned with missing original packaging or accessories.
  • Products showing minor signs of use.
  • Items returned in a condition different from the original delivered condition.
  • Products returned after the approved return period.
  • Products damaged for reasons not caused by Punjkart.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited automatically to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

If you have completed all of the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer support team at info@punjkart.com.

Sale Items

Products purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, discount campaigns, or limited-time offers may not be eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We only replace products if they are defective, damaged during shipping, or if an incorrect item was delivered.

To request an exchange, please contact us at info@punjkart.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order Number
  • Product Images
  • Unboxing Video (if available)

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or exchange if applicable.

Gifts

If the product was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit or a replacement product, depending on the situation.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, any approved refund will be processed to the original purchaser’s payment method.

Shipping Returns

To return a product, please contact our support team for return authorization and shipping instructions before sending any item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The item has a manufacturing defect.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

For expensive toys, collectibles, and premium products, we recommend using a trackable courier service and shipping insurance. Punjkart cannot guarantee receipt of items lost during return transit.
